HEMP
HEMP
United states presidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson promoted  Hemp. They grew Hemp, as most Americans at the time, used hemp products,
and praised  Hemp in some of their writings. Thomas Jefferson said, Hemp would be "the salvation of the nation."  From 1776 to 1937  Hemp was a larger
American textile crop than cotton because of its versatility, and its ability to grow anywhere. Hemp products were common. Because of the governments war on
Marijuana smokers, these facts have been kept out of American history.

-Hemp produces 3 times as much fiber as cotton, lasts twice as long, and won't mildew.
-Acre for acre, hemp produces 4 times as much paper than trees.
-Hemp paper is superior to tree-based paper, it lasts hundreds of years without degrading, and can be recycled many more times.
-Hemp can be used to create a fiberboard than is stronger and lighter than wood, and flame- retardant.
-Hemp seeds contain a protein that is more nutritious and economical to produce than soybean protein. Hemp seed oil
is rich in omega-3 and omega-6 oils, these oils and proteins can be
used to produce a variety of foods such as butter, cheese, salad dressing, ice cream, milk, etc.
hemp seeds can also be ground into a nutritious flour to produce any baked goods.
-Hemp can be used to produce diesel fuel, paint varnish, detergent, ink, lubricating oil,and variety of other, traditionally petroleum-based
 products.

As a result of the many farms that raised hemp across our great nation in days of yore, hemp grows wild in proliferation.  These plants have no drug value, as they
produce virtually no THC, the active ingredient in Marijuana, yet because of U.S. Marijuana laws, the American farmer is denied the ability to reap the beneficial
harvest of hemp.
OUR USE OF HEMP IS NOT ONLY LEGAL....IT'S RECOMMENDED!
